Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Ede Dafinone, has commissioned six newly renovated classrooms at Ewu Grammar School, Otor-Ewu, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The commissioning attracted community leaders, education stakeholders and school administrators, who commended the senator for prioritising education in the district.
Speaking at the event, Senator Dafinone said the project was part of his ongoing efforts to provide students with a safe and conducive learning environment, adding that education remains key to sustainable development.
According to him, the renovated classrooms would enhance teaching and learning, improve students’ academic performance and boost the morale of teachers, adding that quality education remains a cornerstone for sustainable development.
“These renovated classrooms now provide safe, supportive and modern learning spaces that will enable students to study effectively, grow academically and achieve their full potential,” the senator stated.
He assured that his office would continue to support educational development across Delta Central through the provision of quality facilities and learning resources.
