All roads lead to Oghara Stadium on Thursday May 14, 2026 as the Amazon of Ethiope Federal Constituency politics, Rt. Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu rolls out catalogue of her achievement in the Green Chamber in the past three years.
This is just as she will be using the occasion to declare her interest to contest for the House of Reps for a second term for Ethiope Federal Constituency.
Addressing the press today 12/06/26 on the development, the Director of Media and Publicity of the group, Ibori Suenu Grassroots Network, ISGN, Chief Dr. Henry Ofa, noted that the ceremony slated for Thursday 11am in Oghara Stadium will attract supporters, leaders and stakeholders of the APC across Ethiope West and Ethiope East LGAs.
According to Dr. Ofa, Hon. Erhiatake has some much in stock to justify her return for a second term, adding that the Amazon has obtained the sobriquet of an uncommon benefactor.
He further noted that because of the benevolent and philanthropic disposition of Hon. Erhiatake, most of her constituents now refer to the Green Chamber as the “House of Help”, adding that even her colleagues in the House testify to her uncommon capacity to empower the down-trodden.
“It’s going to be a great day. Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu has done so much and has so much to offer. She has been in the business of helping people even before becoming a lawmaker. She needs no introduction and that is why Thursday’s event is promises to be an overwhelming endorsement by the people of Ethiope West and Ethiope East LGAs.
“The leaders, elders, youths, women, everybody are in support of her return to the House of Help in 2027. They trust her and she has not disappointed them”, Ofa offered.
The former DESOPADEC Commissioner also harped on Hon. Erhiatake’s ability to carry everybody along in her empowerment programme and other Legislative roles, adding that she has a midas touch in every aspect and strata of the entire federal constituency with development.
Ofa also noted that the Amazon is an embodiment of unity and peace, pointing out that she has been involved in the pursuit of unity among the different spectrum of political leadership in Delta Central, and indeed, the entire State.
“Her presence is everywhere – whether in the West or in the East and even beyond the district. She does not discriminate, and that is why she is loved by all. She doesn’t hold back.
“She is at the forefront of the search for an enduring peace and unity among the entire Delta Central political class and she makes no presence about it. Indeed, Erhiatake is a leader”, said.
