State Colleges Of Nursing: Admission Forms On Sale In Schools, Not Online, Igumbor Clarifies

* parents, potential students, public to avoid online fraudsters

Following the recently-published admission adverts for sale if forms into the various Nursing/Midwifery Institutions in the State, the Director of Colleges of Nursing in Delta State, Mrs Gloria Igumbor has clarified that the entry forms are on sale across the State in various departments of the different institutions, and never through online nor any designated hospital in Warri, Asaba or anywhere else.

Mrs. Igumbor who stated this in Warri while reacting to allegations of fraud being perpetrated by some unscrupulous elements in some parts of the State who specialize in deceiving innocent parents and potential students, said that the sales of forms is neither through online nor in some designated hospitals in Warri, adding that sales of all entry forms for colleges of Nursing and schools of Midwifery across the State is taking place in designated departments in the various Schools and Colleges of Nursing and Midwifery.

Speaking further, the Director asserted that over a thousand persons who purportedly bought their forms through the fraudulent online, were not allowed to sit for the exams.

According to her, one Dr. Faith and and her co-conspirators who who have been allegedly duping unsuspecting students and parents with their fake online sales, have been reported to the Nigeria police and other security agents, adding that in no distant time the law will catch up with them.

Mrs. Igumbor used the occasion to advice parents, potential students and, indeed, the general public to desist from these engaging in any transactions with the fraudsters, adding that they are not in anyway, agents of the schools of nursing in Delta State nor acting on its behalf.
