The National Chairman of Option A Just for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Gov. Sheriff Francis Orowhedo Oborevwori, (otherwise known as Option A Just for PBAT/GSFOO), Comrade Olumami Oritsejolone Oyibo, has declared that all through the political history of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains the best President that has ever ruled.
Oyibo who made this declaration in a statement he released in Asaba Friday October 15, 2026, also affirmed that the incumbent governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Orowhedo Oborevwori has done so well in governance, adding that the duo of the President and Governor deserve a second term.
The chairman of the group, Option A Just For PBAT/GSFOO disclosed that the political support group which has been in existence since 2015, is all out to promote and project President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori to victory in 2027, pointing out that they have performed excellently well and they deserve a second term.
“Presently, I’m the chairman of Option A Just for PBAT/GSFOO,, that is President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Gov. Sheriff Francis Orowhedo Oborevwori.
“We are marketing these two persons for re-election in 2027. This time around, we taking the message of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Gov Sheriff Oborevwori and of course, the entire candidates of the APC, to the grassroots to ensure that the party wins 5/5 in the 2027 elections.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is by all standards the best President Nigeria has ever produced. For the first time we have a president who came into the scene prepared and knows what to do. I want to say that so far, he has done so well.
“So, President Tinubu came in fully prepared knowing the problem of Nigeria, having been the governor of Lagos State, where he did very well”, Oyibo said.
He recalled that when President Tinubu came in, “there was a major problem of the scam of fuel subsidy where a few persons were cornering the common wealth of the people and using it for the people and their region. And he felt that there was no need to continue in that direction”.
Oyibo also recalled vividly that all the candidates of different political parties in 2023, agreed that the fuel subsidy was an albatross in the wheel of progress of the nations economy, adding that the recent backpedaling of some of the candidates to return fuel subsidy if they have their way, was only a political electioneering deceit. He warned Nigerians against those politicians who are only telling the people lies in order to gain their votes.
“It should be made clear that in 2023 election campaigns, all the presidential candidates, Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Kwankwaso and even Bola Ahmed Tinubu himself were convinced that fuel subsidy was not good for this country and they were prepared to remove it”, Oyibo recalled.
He recounted the benefits of subsidy removal by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to include ability by State governors to pay salaries, accumulated pension arrears and several developmental projects.
Highlighting the achievement of Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori, which he traced to the benevolence of PBAT’s removal of oil subsidy, Oyibo stated that the governor has done a lot in the past three and half years he has been in power.
“Even in Delta State here, our own very dynamic governor, His Excellency, Rt. Honourable Sheriff Francis Orowhedo Oborevwori, has put in place the payment of 13th month’s salary to workers. He went beyond that to institutionalized the payment and had approached the House of Assembly to pass a law which makes mandatory and obligatory for successive administrations to effect the payment of the 13th month’s salary”, he emphasized.
Oyibo also stresses on the massive transformative developmental projects which Gov. Oborevwori has done in the state including flyover bridges, several network of roads across the state, health sector improvement, education amongst others.
The former State NULGE chairman and currently first member in the Delta State Civil Service Commission, also praised Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori particularly for the completion of the age-long Trans Warri-Ode Itsekiri road which runs across the Warri river to the Big Warri, adding that the journey which hitherto was only possible by boat now take just 15 minutes to get to the Ode: Itsekiri by road.
Oyibo also recalled that the entire riverine communities in the state, namely Bomadi, Burutu, Patani, Warri South, Warri South West and Warri North have witnessed phenomenal transformation in terms of roads, bridges and other infrastructure under the Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori’s administration.
